Snelle

On 24 October 2026 Snelle will perform at SPOT/De Oosterpoort in Groningen. Lars Bos, known as Snelle, moves effortlessly between Dutch-language rap and pop. Since the second half of the 2010s he has been building songs in which melodic rap and singing alternate, featuring clear hooks, midtempo productions and lyrics that hit close to home: relationships, family, insecurities and everyday life. His early work culminated in Vechtmuziek (2018), after which Scars (2019) brought a larger breakthrough and the album Beetje Bij Beetje followed. On Vierentwintig (2020) the balance noticeably shifted toward pop, without him losing his roots in the hip-hop scene, and with collaborations that show his broad reach.

On stage Snelle merges those two worlds. Expect narrative verses that set the pace, clearly sung choruses and moments of vulnerability alongside lighter, more direct tracks. Between new material and familiar singles unfolds a set that feels like a diary in song form: recognizable, rhythmic and to the point, with a focus on words that linger and melodies that naturally carry you along.
