Garou solo

Garou comes solo to the Cirque Royal in Brussels on 28 January 2027. The Quebec singer, known for his raw, warm timbre, broke through as Quasimodo in Luc Plamondon and Richard Cocciante’s Notre‑Dame de Paris. Since then he has explored a line between chanson, pop, soul and blues, with albums such as Seul, Reviens, Piece of My Soul and Soul City, and collaborations with artists like Céline Dion, Michel Sardou and Roch Voisine.

In the solo format everything revolves around the voice, the phrasing and the songs: more intimate, without frills, with room for the stories behind the tracks that have shaped his journey. Expect a set that alternates between intimate ballads and more rhythmic moments, in French but also in English, always carried by that recognizable, slightly rough grain in his voice. Here Garou strips his repertoire back to its essence, leaving space for favourites and smaller gems, and for that direct connection with the audience that brings him on stage.
