Bernard Lavilliers

Bernard Lavilliers returns to the stage in 2027 and will stop at the Zénith de Caen on 13 February 2027. A songwriter and singer with broad horizons, he blends chanson and rock with Brazilian rhythms, Caribbean influences, reggae and touches of jazz. His lyrics, nourished by ports, travel and social realities, take on a particular breadth in concert, carried by a deep voice and arrangements that give the instruments room to breathe.

On the bill is a journey across several decades, from the O gringo and État d’urgence period to the more recent tracks from Clair-obscur, with Carnets de bord along the way. Surrounded by musicians accustomed to stylistic crossovers, Lavilliers navigates between Latin grooves, electric guitars and more acoustic interludes, without losing the thread of his tales of wandering and world cities. An evening to rediscover that blend of narrative song and rhythmic excursions that makes his repertoire unique, delivered with the energy of a band made for the stage.
