W.A.S.P. brings 1984 to Headless to The Palace Theatre in Calgary on October 23, 2026. Led by Blackie Lawless, the band digs into its early catalog, from the Sunset Strip bite of the self‑titled debut, The Last Command and Inside the Electric Circus to the darker, more structured turn of The Headless Children. The set is built around that shift: fast riffs and chant‑ready hooks from the first years set against heavier themes and a more brooding edge from 1989, avec a sense of theatrical stagecraft that has long shaped the group’s live identity.

KK’s Priest joins the night under the guidance of guitarist K.K. Downing with Tim “Ripper” Owens on vocals, A.J. Mills, Tony Newton and Sean Elg. Rooted in traditional heavy and power metal, their sound leans on twin‑guitar lines and high‑register vocals, drawing from Sermons of the Sinner (2021) and The Sinner Rides Again (2023). On stage, the band connects new material to the British metal lineage Downing helped define, balancing fresh tracks with the signature drive and precision that frame their shows.
