Info
On April 24, 2026, Michael Patrick Kelly will take the stage at the Barclaycard Arena in Hamburg. The Irish-American singer and songwriter, who first became known as a member of The Kelly Family, grew up in Germany and early on found his voice between pop, folk and Celtic influences. Under the name Paddy Kelly he released his solo debut In Exile in 2003, then withdrew for several years to a French religious community and returned in the mid-2010s under his full name. Since then, Human (2015), the EP Ruah (2016), iD (2017) and B.O.A.T.S (2021) have defined his profile: melodic pop-rock, acoustic ballads and subtle folk nuances.
His lyrics address spiritual questions, personal memories and social issues, often in a narrative form. Live, Kelly brings these facets together in a concentrated set that links his solo work with the legacy of his family years — a continuous line between origin and present. In Hamburg he will present a repertoire drawn from his most recent releases as well as earlier songs, carried by voice, guitar and a clear songwriting focus. An evening for anyone who wants to trace his development from a family project to an independent artist.
