High Valley

High Valley plays Winnipeg on March 16, 2026 at Club Regent Event Centre. Born in the Mennonite community of La Crete, Alberta, the group first formed around brothers Brad, Bryan and Curtis Rempel, then became a duo before evolving into Brad Rempel’s project based in Nashville. The sound sits in contemporary country with bluegrass, folk and pop in the mix, tight harmonies, and lyrics drawn to rural life, family and faith. After an independent start with Broken Borders (2007), the band released a self-titled album in 2010 and Love Is a Long Road in 2012. County Line (2014) and Dear Life (2016) shaped a more melodic direction while keeping an acoustic core inspired by bluegrass. Since Curtis’s departure in 2021, High Valley has carried on with Brad at the helm, writing and recording in Nashville, including the album Way Back in 2022. On stage, it’s narrative songwriting, direct hooks and a close-knit band feel honed across North American tours and festivals.
