Maxime Dangles

Emerging from Montpellier’s electronic scene, Maxime Dangles came to prominence in the mid-2000s with productions that bridged minimal techno, taut house and a more melodic, atmospheric approach to composition. As a French DJ and producer he released maxi singles on several European labels, including Kompakt, Herzblut and Bedrock, while developing a parallel live and remix activity that established him within club circuits. Over time his work moved beyond strictly functional formats to incorporate broader pads, more progressive structures and a sensitivity close to electronica, without losing its rhythmic grounding. This evolution is audible on French and European stages, where Maxime Dangles juxtaposes club techno, immersive textures and more introspective passages in a manner attentive both to dancefloor dynamics and to sonic construction.
