Valentino Khan

Born in 1987 in Los Angeles, Valentino Khan first made a name for himself as a hip-hop producer before shifting to electronic music in the early 2010s. His career includes credits for B.o.B., T.I., 2 Chainz, or Major Lazer, followed by a series of remixes and releases that established him in the American bass music sphere. Valentino Khan develops a sound focused on bass house, EDM trap, moombahton, with touches of hard house or jungle terror, with tracks built around dry percussion, thick basslines, and a very upfront club energy. After the 2014 EP In Khan We Trust, released on OWSLA, he broadened his audience with the 2015 single Deep Down Low, followed by collaborations with Skrillex, Wiwek, Anna Lunoe, Wuki, Diplo, Chris Lorenzo, Alison Wonderland, or Nitti Gritti. His discography also includes the EPs House Party in 2019 and French Fried in 2020. A regular at festivals and international EDM circuits, Valentino Khan was also invited in more cross-cutting contexts, becoming in 2021 the first DJ to perform at SummerSlam, then in 2022 at WrestleMania.
