Rony Seikaly

Born in Beirut, Rony Seikaly follows a rather distinctive Lebanese‑American trajectory, first marked by a professional basketball career in the NBA before turning to electronic music in the late 2000s. Based in the Miami scene, Seikaly developed a sound rooted in house, deep house and tech house, featuring fluid rhythms, present basslines and a writing style focused on groove, progression and club energy. Throughout the 2010s he carved out a place on the international electronic scene through residencies, club appearances and festivals, while regularly releasing EPs and singles. His production work progressed without a sharp break; the aesthetic favors warm textures, gradual builds and sustained rhythmic tension rather than a spectacular format.
