Enter Shikari

Originating from England, the band Enter Shikari formed in 2003 around four musicians: Roughton Reynolds, known as "Rou", Chris Batten, Liam Clewlow, known as "Rory", and Rob Rolfe. Influenced by alternative rock and sounds drawn from hardcore and metal, Enter Shikari refined their style and released their debut album Take to the Skies barely three years after forming. The album was a strong success, reaching number four on the UK charts. Between touring and studio work, Enter Shikari quickly became a favourite of English audiences. In 2009 the four returned with the album Common Dreads, which reached number sixteen on the UK charts. A year later Enter Shikari played numerous concerts, including appearances at the Vans Warped Tour, a music and extreme-sports festival held at various locations across the United States. In 2012 Enter Shikari released their third album, A Flash Flood of Colour, which topped the UK rock charts and reached number five on the US rock album charts. The band toured with that album in 2013 after extensively playing venues across the UK.
