The Analogs

Formed in Szczecin in 1995 by musicians who had been members of the ska group Dr. Cycos, The Analogs operate within the punk rock, street punk and oi! traditions, delivering short, direct songs driven by shouted choruses and lyrics rooted in urban life and social tensions. Quickly identified on the Polish punk scene, The Analogs released Oi! Młodzież in 1996, followed by Street Punk Rulez! (1997), Hlaskover Rock (1999) and an extensive discography over the years including studio albums, live records and re-recordings. The lineup has seen numerous changes but has remained centred on Paweł “Piguła” Czekała, the principal lyricist. After longtime singer Dominik Pyrzyna stepped down in 2016 for health reasons, Kamil Rosiak took over vocals while retaining the guitar. The Analogs have toured regularly in Poland and several European countries, with stops in the Czech Republic, Germany, the UK, Italy and Russia. Their more recent repertoire, from Wilk (2018) through CHWDP (2021) to Bestia (2024), continues a rough yet melodic sound in which the band mixes street energy, an anti‑racist skinhead legacy and lyrics increasingly focused on inequality, social violence and the daily realities of the margins.
