Soft Loft

Born in Switzerland around singer-songwriter Jorina Stamm, Soft Loft takes the form of a collective that blends intimate songwriting with a supple indie-pop, featuring clean guitars, measured rhythms and a constant tension between bright momentum and melancholy. The project took its current shape in spring 2022, building on earlier work, and quickly established a stage presence across small venues and festivals in Switzerland, Germany, France and the United Kingdom. Soft Loft first released the EP In Case You Get Lonely, followed by their debut album The Party and the Mess in 2023, produced by Gianluca Buccellati, a collaborator of Lana Del Rey, Arlo Parks and The Marías. Rooted in vulnerability, this music favors direct, sensitive and uncluttered songs, with Jorina Stamm’s voice remaining at the centre of a collective sound. On stage, Soft Loft has played notably at The Great Escape, Reeperbahn Festival, MS Dockville, Maifeld Derby, the Montreux Jazz Festival and the Winterthurer Musikfestwochen.
