Lone Assembly

Lone Assembly took shape in Switzerland around four musicians: Raphaël Bressler on vocals and keyboards, Glenn Le Meur on guitar, Jim Bodeman on bass and Romain Segu on drums. The band develops a sound that sits between new wave, romantic synthpop and dark post‑punk, with songs driven by pronounced bass lines, cold guitars and melancholic melodic songwriting. Lone Assembly launched its recorded trajectory with the EP That Never Happened in 2024, followed by several singles and a steady presence on European stages, notably at the Wave‑Gotik‑Treffen in Leipzig. In February 2026 Lone Assembly released its first album, Knots & Chains, which extends this aesthetic, balancing post‑punk tension with more sensitive synthetic textures.
