The Wldlfe
From Indianapolis, Indiana, The Wldlfe has been building since the mid‑2010s a repertoire positioned between indie pop, alt‑pop and pop rock, with songs centered on hooks and choruses, crisp guitars and production that is spacious yet direct. The trio formed by Jansen Hogan, Carson Hogan and Jack Crane drew attention with the EP New in 2016, a starting point for their path on the American independent scene, with regular releases and concerts across North America. Over the years The Wldlfe has evolved its songwriting from nervous, youthful pop toward a broader format, without abandoning a very accessible melodic approach, where the band’s energy remains front and center. Jansen Hogan’s vocals give the whole an immediate tone, while the instrumentation balances light rock tension with more open pop textures. In 2024 The Wldlfe released Heaven Is a Place, presented as their first album, continuing an accessible, rhythmic sound designed as much for the stage as for studio listening.
