Hannah Laing

DJ and producer based in Dundee, Scotland, Hannah Laing is part of the British techno and hard dance scene with a direct, club-focused sound. Active since the 2010s, she first honed her identity behind the decks before releasing her own productions, which blend peak-time techno, melodic trance and rave energy. Hannah Laing’s tracks rely on fast tempos, pronounced basslines and frequent use of catchy vocals, sometimes drawn from pop references and reinterpreted for the club context. Tracks like Good Love (with RoRo, 2023) and Party All The Time (2023) exemplify this approach, building bridges between hard-dance culture, eurodance heritage and contemporary UK electronic music codes. Present on club and festival stages across the UK and now Europe, she delivers dancefloor-oriented DJ sets and official remixes or edits for her performances, while developing the Doof project around her hard-dance and contemporary trance aesthetic.
