Jennifer Touch

Rooted in Berlin’s post-reunification scene, Jennifer Touch has been developing a solo project since 2014 at the crossroads of cold wave, post-punk, dark synth-pop and club electronics threaded with industrial textures and acid accents. A producer, singer and DJ, she builds music around 1980s-derived synth lines, dry rhythms and a taut vocal, balancing songcraft with dancefloor energy. Her trajectory rests on a dual heritage — 80s pop and the Berlin underground — which informs a songwriting that is at once melodic, cool and physical. Over the years she has released several EPs and singles on Riotvan, Eskimo, WarrioRecords, UVP and Live at Robert Johnson, while broadening her scope through occasional collaborations with Curses, Robert Görl and Paranoid London. Jennifer Touch also performs on club and live stages across Europe, the UK, Mexico and Colombia, where post-punk aesthetics meet a contemporary electronic sensibility.
