Info
Switchfoot return to the UK with a stop at O2 Institute Birmingham on February 26, 2027, bringing their San Diego-bred alternative rock into a room that suits both big choruses and more intimate moments. Built around Jon Foreman’s direct, searching songwriting, the band has always balanced melodic guitars with pop-leaning hooks and lyrics that dig into doubt, faith, and everything in between.
Expect a set that moves easily across eras: the breakthrough run that put them on mainstream rock stages in the 2000s, the punchier, road-tested energy of later records like Hello Hurricane and Vice Verses, and the more recent colors of interrobang. With the expanded lineup adding extra guitar and keys, Switchfoot’s songs tend to stretch out live, shifting from atmospheric slow-burns to louder, rougher edges without losing that sing-along pull.
