Info
Swedish collective Goat lands in Bristol for a live set at The Prospect Building on April 29, 2027. Since the early 2010s, they’ve been twisting psychedelic rock into something rhythm-first and hard to pin down, mixing distorted guitar riffs with heavy percussion, choral voices, and flashes of afrobeat, funk, folk, and other borrowed traditions.
On stage, Goat plays with anonymity and ritual: masks, costumes, and a shifting line-up that feels more like a moving crew than a fixed band. The energy sits somewhere between krautrock repetition and trance-like grooves, built to stretch out and lock in rather than just run through songs. If you’ve followed records like World Music, Commune, Requiem, or the more folk-leaning Oh Death, this show is the place to hear how those extended rhythms and percussive arrangements turn into a full-on collective experience in the room.
