Info
Fæther Live Sessions is a daytime acoustic event organized by Fæther, highlighting international artists at Riberolle Studios.
- Rian Brazil (alt pop/hip hop, UK): a fragile, distinctive high voice, with varied musical influences (drum’n’bass, grime, IDM, gospel…). Rian Brazil hails from Brighton, where he was part of the group Nokia Mansion. His solo projects oscillate between tracks tinged with rave, electro productions, and alternative rap. His latest EP was released in May and was mixed by Nathan Body.
- heavensouls (experimental hip hop, Nigeria/USA): Chidi Obialo, 19, a Nigerian musician based in Houston, fuses experimental hip-hop, glitch, ambient and traditional jazz and Afrobeat influences. After the glitch-rap project The Sidepeices with Stickerbush, his latest album Westside Trapped is a letter to Nigeria inspired by Fela Kuti, where dense production and samples are anchored in traditional rhythms.
The live show will begin on Saturday, October 10 at 3:00 PM.
