Originally crossing paths in a Northampton school music room at age thirteen, the trio transitioned out of a previous punk project into what fans and critics describe as grungegaze, a blend of abrasive shoegaze, lo-fi indie rock, and hardcore energy. They later relocated their base up north to Manchester.
Thistle will perform at KOLA in Portsmouth on 2 December 2026 at 7:30 pm.
