Info
On October 31, 2026, Les Négresses Vertes stop at Le Plan in Ris-Orangis, with their Zobi Tour. Born in Paris in 1987 in the wake of the punk surge, they quickly established their distinctive blend: acoustic rock, realist chanson, Mediterranean inflections, brass upfront, and hooks that cling to the skin. On stage, one finds the collective energy that has earned them their reputation since Mlah (1988), the album that propelled them beyond France, followed by a trajectory nourished by albums such as Famille Nombreuse (1991), Zigzague (1995), and Trabendo (1999). After a long hiatus in the early 2000s, the reformation put the machine back in motion, with a marathon tour running until 2024. For this date, the band relies on a live-tailored line-up: Stéfane Mellino, François Tousch, Iza Mellino, Mich Ochowiak, Gwen Badoux and Matthieu Rabaté, for a set that weaves between brass-forward fanfare, rock, and popular warmth.
