Passenger, that is the British singer-songwriter Mike Rosenberg: acoustic guitar, clear melodies and a voice that is quickly recognizable. His songs thrive on direct storytelling, somewhere between folk-rock, indie folk and a hint of indie pop – intimate, without fuss, but full of everyday life, self-disclosure and a refined British folk tradition.
On April 6, 2027, Passenger will come to Volkshaus Zürich with the Wild Love Tour. At the center is this pared-down, narrative setup, shaped by his busking between England and Australia: songs that take their time, and arrangements that lean more on mood than on effect. Those who have known him since All the Little Lights or followed his later albums will experience an evening here that live-traces the development of his songwriting.
