On April 14, 2027, Hindley Street Country Club arrives at The Forum in Bath with its live-ready collective lineup. Born in 2017 around bassist and producer Constantine Delo, this Australian crew brings together studio musicians who enjoy playing in 'direct take' conditions, as in a giant rehearsal, but with session-level precision. HSCC has made a name for itself by revisiting pop, rock, soul and funk standards—classics from the 70s, 80s and 90s, up to more recent tracks. The idea is not to reinvent everything: they keep the structures, push the energy, and slip in just enough rearrangements to give depth. A well-tightened pop-soul rhythm section, melodic guitars, keyboards at the forefront, sometimes brass to thicken the groove: it sounds dense, tight, and above all very vibrant. Another hallmark is the rotation of guest vocalists, who change the color of a track from one to another. On stage, this vocal variety and the 'collective' spirit give each cover real character, between a touring group and a studio band unleashed in front of an audience.
