Kid Francescoli

Kid Francescoli, the project of Marseille producer Mathieu Hocine, will perform at L’Autre Canal in Nancy on 3 February 2027. A leading figure of French electro-pop, he has been shaping from Marseille a cinematic sound in which retro synths, modern grooves and female vocals answer one another. From intimate beginnings through With Julia and It’s Happening Again, he has refined a nocturnal, sensual songwriting, then took a decisive step with Play Me Again, driven by Moon, a track that went viral and was widely circulated, opening his music to films, series and international campaigns. Sunset Blue continues this trajectory between reverie and pulse, supported by an extensive tour across the globe.

Announced as returning to the studio in 2026 and, naturally, to the stage, Kid Francescoli comes back with a live show that highlights his synthetic textures, supple rhythms and those suspended vocal lines that often inhabit his songs. In Nancy, the audience will hear a set in which electronic pop gains added depth in a more organic form, without losing its sense of a chorus nor its gentle way of making people dance.
