Tayc « Joya Tour »

With his Afrolove signature, Tayc blends R’n’B, Afrobeats, Zouk influences and pop ballads into songs about relationships and nocturnal moods. Raised between France and his Cameroonian heritage, he first drew attention online in the mid-2010s. Mixtapes such as Alchemy (2017) and H.E.L.I.O.S (2018) paved the way. With NYXIA (2019) he consolidated his approach, followed by Fleur froide (2020) and the expanded edition Fleur froide – Second état : la cristallisation (2021). Between danceable tracks and slowed-down slow jams, the voice remains the anchor.

On the Joya Tour Tayc brings this tension to the stage: intimate, sung passages meet driving grooves, catchy refrains intersect with rhythmic shifts. He varies tempos, layers vocals, leaves room for call-and-response, and places the lead voice at the centre.

On 25 November 2026 at Große Freiheit 36 in Hamburg he presents his repertoire in a live format: pared down when a ballad requires it, more energetic when the beats gather force. A set that follows moods more than genres — with a focus on voice, groove and storytelling.
