Info

On 29 May 2026, London producer and live act Jasper Tygner brings his electronica to the Monarch in Berlin. His music spans intimate melodies, wide-open soundscapes and deep basses, sitting somewhere between club culture and cinematic ambient. In his live performance he lets these layers interweave and searches for the moment when night and morning spill into one another.

With his debut album Blue he explores the Blue Hour, that threshold when a blue veil falls over everything first touched by the light. Stories and moods from that time run through the tracks — sometimes carried by a gentle euphoria, sometimes concentrated and stripped-down. For Blue, Tygner worked with Art School Girlfriend, the up-and-coming Kaeto and holybones — voices that open up and ground his sound.

His influences are audible in jungle, garage and dubstep, shaped by a scene he supported during lockdown with bedroom-rave streams. Back then acts like KiNK, Bicep, Disclosure and DJ Seinfeld took notice; since then his live sets have taken him to Coachella, Glastonbury and London’s Fabric, among other venues. In Berlin this meets an intimate setting: a set that swings between propulsive drive and delicacy, bringing the blue hour into the space.
