Info
Titiyo brings her blend of pop, soul and R&B to Nöjesfabriken in Karlstad on July 18, 2026. Born in Stockholm and raised in Solna, the Swedish singer shaped her sound at the turn of the 1990s, where contemporary soul met adult pop and club-leaning rhythms. Her self-titled debut in 1990 opened the path, followed by This Is Titiyo in 1993 and Extended in 1997, carving a line between groove and melody. With Come Along in 2001, she tightened the writing and embraced a more direct pop production that broadened her reach.
The mid-2000s saw A Collection of Songs, collaborations including the Kleerup cut Longing for Lullabies in 2008, and Hidden the same year, where she leaned into a more atmospheric register. A new chapter arrived with 13 Gården in 2015, sung in Swedish and grounded in personal stories, continued by projects mixing covers, guests and stage work, and the recent Hemland in 2025.
On stage, Titiyo draws across these chapters: early dance-soul impulses, the melodic clarity of Come Along, and the intimate, Swedish-language pieces of her later records. A set built on warm grooves, subtle electronic textures and a voice that moves easily between tenderness and pulse, fitting the room and the moment at Nöjesfabriken in Karlstad.
