Welshly Arms

Welshly Arms brings its Cleveland-bred blend of blues-tinged alt-rock, soul touches and layered vocal harmonies to Hype Park in Kraków on 23 July 2026. Active since 2013, the band has shaped a sound where gritty guitars meet a tight rhythm section, with melodies carried by group vocals. Built around songwriter-guitarist Sam Getz alongside Jimmy Weaver, Mike Gould and the duo Bri and Jon Bryant, they write, produce and record at home in Ohio, drawing on a local culture steeped in rock and soul.

Early releases like the EPs Welcome and Covers and a self-titled debut sketched the blueprint, before the widely circulated singles Legendary and Sanctuary pushed their songs beyond the album format through trailers and series. The story continued with No Place Is Home, the EP Dangerous, and the album Wasted Words & Bad Decisions (2023), which sharpened their hooks while keeping the raw edge. On stage, the band leans on stacked harmonies, punchy guitars and a set that weaves newer tracks with the singles that put them on the map.
