Piano Skool takes over La Place in Paris on Sunday, March 29, 2026, for an immersion in amapiano—its deep log drums, airy pads and weightless grooves. Behind the decks, three selectors lead the dance, working with textures and tempo variations and that sense of progression that raises the tension without ever rushing it.
Destys opens the field with a precise set, rooted in basslines and crisp percussion, perfect for setting the framework and stretching the groove. Floutee pushes the dial toward melodies and contrasts, sliding between percussive sounds, filtered vocals and breaks that kick the dynamics back into motion. Titaï, a French DJ and producer, closes the loop by thickening the rhythmic layers and favouring hypnotic passages that sit between deep grooves and club-driven bursts.
For those who want to experience it physically as well, a dance workshop led by Zammar complements the evening—a chance to pick up the genre’s codes and signature steps before returning to the heart of the dancefloor.
