Epica & Amaranthe - Arcane Dimensions Tour 2026

Epica & Amaranthe – Arcane Dimensions Tour 2026 will stop at Haus Auensee in Leipzig on 7 March 2026. The focus is on Epica, founded in 2002 in the Netherlands by guitarist and composer Mark Jansen. Since The Phantom Agony the band has combined symphonic metal with death influences, gothic shades and progressive structures: orchestrations and choirs meet heavy riffs, growls and the mezzo-soprano voice of Simone Simons. Many of their songs revolve around philosophy, religion and science; musically, dense arrangements alternate with acoustic passages and electronic accents.

Live, Epica distills this mix into a set that swings between early songs and more recent chapters such as The Holographic Principle or Omega. Co-headliner Amaranthe is also on the bill — two distinct styles sharing a stage that bring together different facets of metal. In Leipzig, Epica will foreground the combination of orchestral force, choral parts and contrasting vocal lines, without losing sight of the metal core.
