Two Feet: The Next Steps Tour

Two Feet brings The Next Steps Tour to Montréal on April 5, 2026 at Théâtre Beanfield. Under this moniker, New York musician Bill Dess shapes a sound between downtempo electronics, trip-hop and a stripped-down blues guitar pulse. He caught attention in 2016 with Go F*** Yourself and the EP First Steps, setting a framework of heavy basslines, slow rhythms and near-whispered vocals.

On stage, the focus stays on the guitar, with a compact live setup and an intimate feel. The Momentum EP in 2017 extended that clear, dark aesthetic. Pink in 2020 leaned on simple structures and repeating motifs, blending electronic songcraft and alternative pop. The 2021 concept album Max Maco Is Dead Right? introduced a fictional alter ego, and Shape & Form in 2022 opened toward brighter electronic textures while keeping the underlying melancholy.

At Théâtre Beanfield, the set links these chapters and folds in newer tracks, carried by that mix of weighty low end, steady grooves and taut guitar lines.
