I Muvrini

I Muvrini, singing brothers from Corsica, return on tour with NULU 33, a new collection of songs conceived as a crossing that links the shores of the Mediterranean. You can see them on 10 November 2026 at Agen Agora Agen for a concert where their polyphony, central to the project since its beginnings, meets other colours and tempos. Eleven tracks follow one another like marches, with a single common thread: to sing what draws people together, what circulates, what sets things in motion.

Between Corsican blues and Portuguese guitar, the voice of the islands encounters fado, while urban groove dialogues with songs of the land. César Anot’s African choirs come to bolster the group’s breath, soprano Kelly Poukens brings a clear light, and children’s choirs underline the refrains. Without unnecessary effects, I Muvrini play closeness and direct address, blending Corsican and French, lament and hope, in writing on a human scale.

On stage, this material becomes a space of circulation, one step at a time, like a ladder of songs reaching for the horizon. NULU 33 advances with a simple motto, “Let nothing separate us,” and I Muvrini extend it live, allowing voices and silences to breathe. See you in Agen for this travelling interlude.
