Info

Zucchero, aka Adelmo Fornaciari, arrives with his soul-tinged blues-rock on 23 June 2026 at the Palais Nikaïa in Nice. An Italian singer, guitarist and songwriter, he has crafted since the 1980s a universe that blends American groove, Mediterranean melodies and gospel inflections. His raspy, warm voice, powerful backing vocals and well-placed brass give his songs a distinctive depth, between poignant ballads and catchy rhythms.

You think of Senza una donna, Baila (Sexy Thing), Diamante or Il Volo, but also of albums that established his signature, from Oro, incenso & birra to Bluesugar. Zucchero has multiplied collaborations over time, from Eric Clapton to B.B. King, from Sting to Luciano Pavarotti, cultivating a natural bridge between pop, blues and operatic singing. On stage, he unfolds effective arrangements, with warm guitars and Hammond organ front and center, without losing the energy of a set built for live performance.

In Nice, at the Palais Nikaïa, he returns in the format that suits him well: a generous concert, mixing essential classics and more recent tracks, carried by a seasoned band and songwriting that speaks as much to the heart as to the feet.
