Gaëtan Roussel continues his singular path between Louise Attaque and his solo ventures. A singer-songwriter, he cultivates precise writing, melodies that catch effortlessly and a voice that is immediately recognisable. After a reunion with Louise Attaque, he returns as a solo artist with Marjolaine, his sixth studio album, announced for 14 November 2025. On 24 November 2026, he will perform at the Arènes de Metz in Metz. The concert is built around this new album and a repertoire developed over time, situated between pop and French chanson. You can hear his way of combining pared-down arrangements and carefully tended lyrics, delicate guitars, discreet keyboards and a crisp rhythm section, with a sense of depth free of superfluous effects.
