Jessica Baio
Based in Utah after growing up in California, Jessica Baio explores an intimate pop universe in which autobiographical songwriting is central. She first drew attention as a teenager with covers posted on YouTube, shaped by the influence of mainstream artists like Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber and Demi Lovato, before turning to her own material. Her songs address romantic relationships, mental health and self‑construction directly, in a melodic pop register carried by a clear voice and lyrics focused on everyday emotional detail. After several singles, including 'at least' (2022) and 'trust issues', Baio consolidated her path with the EPs Catalyst and petals, featuring tracks such as 'he loves me, he loves me not' and 'someday', written for her husband Sam. In November 2024 she released her debut album UNSAID on 10K Projects, a coherent collection of songs in which she continues this very personal exploration of experiences and unsaid things. Alongside her studio releases, the artist translates this repertoire to the stage with a North American headlining tour in spring 2025 and a slot at the Ultra Music Festival for the collaborative track 'Radio' with Trippie Redd and Steve Aoki, extending the trajectory she began online into a live format.
