3OH!3

The electro-pop duo 3OH!3 formed in Boulder, Colorado, around Nathaniel Motte and Sean Foreman in the mid-2000s. Emerging from the alternative scene and the online networks of the time, 3OH!3 developed a blend of electronic pop, hip-hop and dance sounds, marked by highly melodic choruses, sharp beats and a playfully offbeat tone. After a self-produced debut album simply titled "3OH!3" in 2007, the group gained wider attention with "Want" in 2008, notably through the track "Don't Trust Me", which introduced 3OH!3 to an audience beyond the independent scene. The momentum continued with "Streets of Gold" in 2010, where the duo refined a style between crunkcore, radio pop and party rap, followed by "Omens" in 2013 and "Night Sports" in 2016, which extended this electronic aesthetic while incorporating more pop-rock and trap influences. Very active on touring circuits like the Vans Warped Tour and at rock/alternative festivals, 3OH!3 has also collaborated with pop and mainstream electronic artists, situating the project at the intersection of club culture, American rap and pop songwriting.
