63OG

Born in Paris’s 14th arrondissement, 63OG grew up between Cameroon, Soisy-sous-Montmorency in the Val-d’Oise, and several stays in Spain, Africa and the United States — a path that shapes his relationship to language and rhythm. 63OG develops a rap situated between trap, plugg and flows inspired by the DMV scene, over spare, slow or jagged productions, with a loose delivery and tracks that alternate between French and English. After a project initially oriented toward basketball, he refocused on music and began to emerge in the early 2020s within a French rap scene attentive to more minimal and melodically off-kilter forms. In 2023 he released PRETTYBOYMUZIK and then MYSTIQUE TRAP, two releases that set the foundations of his aesthetic. He later appears on 'Dernier Train' in 2024 with the collective 75ERA, notably alongside Diddi Trix. At the same time, 63OG is part of the dynamic of the collective 63WA, formed with close Cameroonian associates. In 2025 he issued MPM and then 6TR9C9, on which his trap opens up to more floating textures and more varied rhythmic borrowings, with collaborations including Cochise, Sherifflazone, 63Kluf, Lala&Ice, Sonny Rave and LUCCI.
