Bleach Lab

Based in south London, Bleach Lab operates in a register that blends dream pop, shoegaze and indie rock, with hazy guitars, slow melodies and songwriting focused on emotional ruptures. The quartet came to attention around the early 2020s on the British independent scene thanks to a series of short releases that already established this gentle surface aesthetic but were threaded with genuine emotional tension. Bleach Lab later broadened its scope with the album Lost In A Rush Of Emptiness, released in 2023, where the band refines a more expansive sound without losing its taste for vaporous textures and restrained choruses. At the end of 2024 Bleach Lab launched a new cycle with "Drown", the first single from the EP Close to the Flame, announced for July 2025. This project, self-produced for the first time, continues a songwriting focus on romantic relationships, doubt, regret and the fear of dissolving into the other. On stage Bleach Lab has also built its trajectory through headlining shows in London, notably at the Scala, as well as festival appearances across Europe and the United States.
