Identified Patient

Under the name Identified Patient, Job Veerman is developing a career as a DJ and producer from the Netherlands, rooted in the Dutch club and electronic scenes. Identified Patient operates in a register where techno, bass music, acid, wave and industrial textures intersect, with a taut, physical and often dark writing built on dry rhythms, prominent bass and a pronounced sense of contrast. Long present in the Dekmantel environment, Identified Patient has released several records there, including the EP Reset in 2025, which extends a club-focused approach centered on percussion, rhythmic pressure and abrasive atmospheres. At the same time, Job Veerman develops his productions on Nerve Collect, a label he co-runs with Gamma Intel, which also highlights his anchoring in a strand of electronic music attentive to dark, hybrid and frontal forms. Between DJ sets and label releases, Identified Patient maintains a line where post-punk, acid and industrial references mingle with a contemporary reading of the dancefloor.
