SampliFire

Under the name SampliFire, this French producer has established himself on the bass music scene with a repertoire focused on dubstep and riddim, in a dark, dense and highly rhythmic vein. SampliFire emerged in the mid‑2010s through a series of singles and EPs released by specialist labels such as Never Say Die and Disciple, two key outfits in the circulation of contemporary dubstep. His style relies on heavily crafted basses, sharp attacks and structures designed for impact in clubs as well as at festivals, with a marked taste for contrasts, ruptures and aggressive textures. Over the course of his career SampliFire has developed collaborations with artists from the international bass scene, including Marshmello, SVDDEN DEATH, Kayzo and Wooli, which places his work at the crossroads of dubstep, riddim and a more frontal EDM. SampliFire is thus part of a generation of French producers oriented toward the international circuits of the heaviest electronic music.
