It It Anita

Based in Liège, Belgium, It It Anita have been crafting abrasive rock since the mid-2010s, at the intersection of noise rock, post-hardcore, and a 1990s-leaning indie rock. Built around a core of singer-guitarists, the band writes densely layered, guitar-driven songs, saturated with feedback, propelled by a muscular rhythm section and often chanted vocals, with a taste for sharp breaks, slow builds, and more explosive collective passages. After several EPs released within the independent circuit, It It Anita issued the album "AGAAIIN" in 2016, then "Laurent" in 2018, as part of an ongoing collaboration with the labels Vicious Circle and Luik Records and regular work with producer John Agnello. With "Sauvé" in 2021, It It Anita further sharpened the contrast between more melodic stretches and harsher tensions, refining overall direct, tightly wound structures. The band plays venues and festivals in Belgium, France, and other European countries, with a stage setup that foregrounds sonic power, loud guitars, and constant proximity to the audience.
