Heldmaschine

Born from Koblenz's rock scene in Germany, Heldmaschine initially emerged as an original offshoot of the Rammstein tribute project Völkerball before focusing on their own compositions. The band is part of the Neue Deutsche Härte movement, between industrial metal and electronic rock, with a sound built on massive guitars, mechanical rhythms and prominent synthetic sequences. The lyrics, sung in German, address social, technological and intimate themes directly, within a cold, machinistic aesthetic that shapes Heldmaschine's visual stage universe. After several early recordings, their discography consolidated around albums such as Himmelskörper (2017), the live Im Fadenkreuz (2018), Hölle auf Erden (2019) and Radioaktiv (2021), which mark the band's evolution toward a more pronounced blend of melodic choruses and electronic arrangements. Heldmaschine regularly tours the German-speaking countries, playing clubs and metal and alternative music festivals, and over the years has secured an identifiable place in the contemporary NDH landscape.
