D-Fence
Dutch producer and DJ D-Fence is rooted in the Netherlands’ hardcore tradition, with a sound focused on gabber, millennium hardcore and more recent uptempo influences. Active since the mid-2010s, D-Fence has built a catalog mainly of singles and EPs, released on electronic music platforms and listed on Discogs, without a particularly extensive album discography to date. His work relies on very fast rhythms, punchy frontal kicks, short vocal samples and an aesthetic that bridges the oldschool energy of Dutch hardcore with a more modern, denser and aggressive production. His progression has taken place within hard dance events and specialized festivals, where D-Fence regularly appears alongside other names from the hardcore scene. This position in the European network of extreme club music has been accompanied by steady releases and collaborations, in a format conceived for both the dancefloor and large gatherings. D-Fence thus develops an identity directly tied to Dutch hardcore culture, marked by an efficient and forthright approach.
