MC Robs

Under the name MC Robs, Robin van Staveren has established himself in the Dutch hardcore scene as an MC, writer and voice producer. His range spans several strands of the harder styles — from early hardcore to uptempo — with a direct approach in which hip‑hop phrasing, onstage interventions and studio vocals carry equal weight. MC Robs also produces event intros, video teasers and podcasts, extending his work beyond the role of stage host. He appears at numerous festivals in the Netherlands and across Europe, performing both in early rave contexts with his Rave Generators project and on more radical hardcore and uptempo lineups. Over his career he has lent his voice to several tracks and anthems connected to events such as Snakepit, Titanium, BKJN vs Partyraiser and Masters of Hardcore Spain, and has collaborated with scene artists including Angerfist, Dimitri K, N‑Vitral, Major Conspiracy and Partyraiser. In this way MC Robs has developed a transversal profile that spans live performance, vocal writing and content production for the hardcore ecosystem.
