Ysé

Ysé has been developing from France a French-language pop where intimate writing intersects with spare arrangements, between contemporary chanson, light electro-pop and melodies with clear contours. Behind this project led by Ysé Lallemant, the music moves forward through personal lyrics, a clear voice, and a tightened song format, with particular attention paid to the nuances and rhythm of language. After an initial set of tracks released in the early 2020s, Ysé released the EP Oser in 2022 and then Rêver in 2023, two releases that gradually establish her universe and bring her on stage in a frame that becomes increasingly supported. Her live journey is built through around a hundred concerts, opening acts for artists such as Véronique Sanson, Pomme, Arthur H or Bertrand Belin, as well as appearances at several events on the French scene, notably MaMA, Festival Chorus, Rock en Seine and les Inouïs du Printemps de Bourges. Laureate of FAIR in 2024, Ysé released the album Pour ce qui nous attend de mieux in 2026, extending an aesthetic of sensitive and direct pop, where the tension between restraint and momentum remains central.
