Titoff

Born in Marseille in 1972, Christophe Junca developed his stage persona early on under the name Titoff, first performing in café-theatres and small venues in southern France before establishing himself on Parisian stages. The comedian’s early shows combined stand-up with more scripted sketches, with the Marseille accent, colloquial speech and an eye for everyday observation at their core. Couple dynamics, family life, football and clichés about southern France gradually shaped Titoff’s world as he honed a style mixing deliberate nonchalance, improvised digressions and physical energy. Alongside tours and filmed stage performances, Titoff has made numerous appearances in film and television—notably in the comedies “Les Gaous” and “Le Carton”—and on mainstream entertainment shows where his Marseille-born comic persona adapts easily to the set. He performs in both mid-sized theatres and large venues, with regularly refreshed shows that keep a direct link to current events and ordinary situations.
