RAGETRAIN

Based in Belfast, Northern Ireland, RAGETRAIN develops a DJ and producer project focused on abrasive industrial techno, built around heavy rhythms, rough textures and sustained tension. The name Ragetrain has emerged through recent online exposure and club bookings, projecting an aesthetic aimed at the most direct and physical expressions of the techno scene. In both sets and productions, Ragetrain favors a frontal progression, compact bass and experimental sound design that hardens the tracks' architecture without distancing them from the dancefloor. The approach relies on a raw, dry and tightly wound sonic palette where percussive elements are central and the dynamics are constantly pushed forward. From Belfast, Ragetrain sits within a contemporary electronic current at the crossroads of raw techno and industrial sonorities, with a format conceived equally for the club and for standalone listening.
