Asomwel

Asomvel is a British hard rock band known for its unreasonably loud volume and high‑octane live shows. Built around guitarist Lenny, the group is determined to keep the pure spirit of rock ’n’ roll alive. After their debut album, the band was struck by the tragic death of founding singer Jay‑Jay Winter in a road accident; in tribute to his vision they chose to continue, bringing in his nephews Ralph on vocals and Stel on guitar. Since then Asomvel has toured the globe — from Japan to South America and across Europe — playing prominent festivals and touring alongside established artists. Their album Born to Rock ’n’ Roll, released on 29 March 2024, consolidated their reputation with a powerful, direct and uncompromising sound. Immediately afterward the band completed a full tour opening for Airbourne and played sold‑out dates and major stages such as Barcelona Rock Fest and Bloodstock Open Air. True to a blunt, raw rock ethic, Asomvel is preparing a new album and planning a UK headline tour in August and September, continuing their mission to champion incandescent hard rock built for sweat, noise and adrenaline.
