Covertramp

Covertramp is a tribute project to Supertramp, bringing together six musicians around the rock repertoire of the 1970s and early 1980s, between melodic pop rock and progressive rock. The group focuses on live performance and offers an approximately two‑hour concert structured as a journey through Supertramp’s universe, featuring about twenty songs including "Breakfast in America", "School", "Goodbye Stranger" and "It’s Raining Again", complemented by lesser‑known tracks from the original catalogue. Covertramp aims to recreate the sound, arrangements and atmosphere of the period versions, working on dynamics, ensemble interaction and the balance between instrumental passages and more intimate moments. Over successive dates, Covertramp refines a show designed both for listeners familiar with Supertramp and for audiences discovering the repertoire live, highlighting the melodic and narrative qualities of these compositions.
