Cuartero

Rafa Cuartero, from Málaga, performs under the name Cuartero and has been active on the Spanish house and tech-house scene since the late 2000s. His early productions circulated quickly within the network of specialized labels, and he later released on imprints such as Hot Creations, Moon Harbour, Saved and Desolat, placing his work within a European club aesthetic that balances functional energy and rhythmic precision. His music rests on a clean groove, supple basslines, detailed percussion and minimal elements that leave room for movement, with compositions that are taut rather than demonstrative.
